Important Notice Regarding Maui Wildfires
While the western part of Maui has suffered tragic damage from wildfires, locations in eastern Maui such as Hana and Waiʻānapanapa State Park have not been directly impacted and remain open.

- To change your reservation, send an email to maui-sp@reefparking.com at least 2 days prior to your reservation for a refund and make a new reservation for the date/time you want.
- For all other inquiries about parking and entry reservations, email your questions to maui-sp@reefparking.com.
- Waiʻānapanapa State Park is OPEN. Please read more information about the Park HERE.
Please be patient as we process a high volume of refunds, and we ask for you understanding as some of our staff have been impacted by this tragedy as well.

Reservations for January 2024 and on will be available at https://gostateparks.hawaii.gov/ starting on December 2, 2023.
Park InformationAdvance reservations are now required for all vehicles, walk-in entry, and PUC vehicles visiting Waiʻānapanapa State Park. Plan your trip accordingly. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance, and no later than the day before your visit*.
*State of Hawaii residents are exempt from the fee/reservation requirement – proof of state residency is required at time of entry, with either a Hawaii State Driver's License or ID. Visitors accompanying State of Hawaii residents to visit Waiʻānapanapa State Park are not exempt from the entry fee, which can be purchased on this website.
